Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or two to three years of related work experience
• Must be able to build mechanicals to correct print specs package and format image files fonts correctly
• Ability to lead projects from strategy and concept to completion
• Limited use and/or application of technical principles theories and concepts to standard and non-standard situations
• Good Analytical and Detailed Analysis Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Microsoft Suite Lotus Notes Ongoing Learning and Development Activities
• Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design
• Experience with desktop publishing software such as Crystal Reports and Office Suite
• Knowledge of HTML
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to supervise and train employees to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments

Responsibilities

• Applies systems analysis techniques and procedures including consulting with users to determine hardware software or system functional specifications
• Designs develops documents analyzes creates tests or modifies systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications
• Analyzes and evaluates user business problems and develops system recommendations to meet requirements
• Works with various Client Set Up and Maintenance teams to support daily business and client needs as well as Marketing initiatives and key company projects
• Follows specific detailed instructions to support daily business needs. Work is reviewed to ensure appropriate outcomes
• Programs data expressions and tests for accuracy for product setups and changes before going live with receiving orders
• Report writing and distribution as requested
• File processing
