Summary
Join MEDFAR Clinical Solutions' Data Transfer team as a Developer and contribute to the successful deployment of their MYLE Integrated Care platform. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, developing and implementing data transfer tools and interfaces. This role requires strong programming skills (C#, SQL), experience with various data formats, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. You will mentor junior developers and work in a fast-paced, hybrid or remote environment within the Greater Montreal Area. Requirements
- Postsecondary education (CΓGEP or University) in programming or data analysis
- 3 to 8 years of experience participating in multiple data transfer projects
- Strong knowledge of C# and SQL
- Proficiency in the following data formats: XML, CSV, JSON, SQL, MySQL
- Familiarity with database architecture, coding best practices, algorithms, etc
- Ability to experiment and test data transfer solutions to solve problems, validate team hypotheses, and connect ideas to create solutions
- Competent and independent in most stages of the software development lifecycle β analysis, design, development and testing, implementation, documentation, and evaluation
- Strong teamwork skills, versatility, and flexibility
- Coaching ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - either in French or english
Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the deployment team by participating in defining the needs of new clients
- Understand specific parts of the solutions and recommend the best approaches and methods to develop, test, implement, and maintain a solution
- Mentor junior developers
- Review code submitted by peers to optimize it and detect bugs
- Perform tasks across multiple projects simultaneously
- Independently set up a development environment when starting a new or existing project
- Perform any other related tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lua
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CDS
- Ideally bilingual in French and English
