Responsibilities
- Promptly answering support emails and phone calls from customers or potential customers
- Reaching out to churches and other organizations who might benefit from Flocknote
- Connecting personally with leaders in the Church and elsewhere to develop important relationships
- Understanding all of the various software and new media tools already available to our customers
- Figuring out and communicating the best ways Flocknote can help different organizations
- Conducting Flocknote how-to demonstrations (in person or via webinar)
- Giving important internal feedback to improve what we do
- Troubleshooting issues, problem solving and assisting in the testing of new features
- Being a contributing member of the team and helping to determine future developments, new features and the overall direction of the service
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales-type experience
- Experience with email marketing, copywriting, designing and building webpages, graphic design, technical or creative writing, video editing
- Experience working with Catholic dioceses, relationship building skills, experience managing VIP accounts or outside vendors
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, experience using a parish database or similar CRM system, experience cleaning up and transferring large amounts of data, aptitude for technical work
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of people, creative problem solving, track record of hitting goals and deadlines, good judgement and decision making, extremely motivated to help the team succeed
