Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution management, with at least 2 years managing 3PL relationships
  • Experience in both B2B and D2C fulfillment operations
  • Working knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), inventory management practices, and shipping platforms
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools
  • Travel Required - up to 25%
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate virtual meetings with other regions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day distribution center activities including inbound receiving, storage, replenishment, and outbound fulfillment
  • Ensure operational processes are followed consistently across B2B and D2C channels to meet SLAs, quality standards, and customer expectations
  • Monitor workflow, labor allocation, and inventory movement within the 3PL facility
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal teams and the 3PL provider
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and meetings with 3PL partners to ensure alignment on service levels, process improvements, and issue resolution
  • Address and resolve daily operational challenges, escalations, or inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Partner with 3PL to implement and maintain proper inventory control practices
  • Support ongoing improvements in WMS accuracy, SKU slotting, and replenishment processes
  • Manage order processing and shipping timelines to ensure on-time delivery for wholesale (B2B) and e-commerce (D2C) customers
  • Support special handling requirements, promotional or seasonal volume spikes, and new product launches
  • Monitor and report on key operational KPIs (e.g., receiving timeliness, order accuracy, inventory integrity, shipping performance)
  • Identify trends and provide insights to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance service through process improvements or system enhancements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, planning, customer service) to implement improvements
