Deal Desk Analyst

Summary

Join dbt Labs as a Deal Desk Analyst and support the quoting process, focusing on EMEA operations. You will review quotes in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with approval criteria, provide CPQ guidance to Sales Directors, identify process improvements, and collaborate with various teams. This role requires 2+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience, quote review experience, and sales support experience. A strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and excellent attention to detail are essential. Timezone coverage for the EMEA region is also needed. Additional experience in process automation, high-growth startups, and familiarity with NetSuite, Stripe, Slack, and Notion are beneficial.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Quote review experience
• Sales support experience
• Proficient knowledge and comprehension of quote to cash processes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Timezone coverage for the EMEA region

Responsibilities

• Review quotes for approval in Salesforce to ensure they meet the criteria outlined in our approval matrix including CPQ configuration, additional terms, payment terms
• Provide CPQ guidance and support to Sales Directors as needed
• Identify areas for process improvement and streamlining
• Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product
