Requirements

  • You’re thorough and focused, ensuring that every detail is accurate and compliant
  • You excel in fast-paced environments and can handle shifting priorities with ease
  • You’re a team player who communicates effectively and works well with others
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, contract management, or related experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the renewal and expansion process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective collaboration across sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams
  • Manage deal desk operations and activities for our global teams, including looking for ways to enhance and streamline deal desk processes and tools to support growth and scalability
  • Maintain accurate subscription and contractual data in Salesforce, ensuring all information is up-to-date and reliable
  • Work closely with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to process deals, align with pricing policies, and follow approval workflows
  • Assist in analyzing deal structures and terms to ensure they meet company goals and customer needs, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize deal outcomes
  • Ensure all deal documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare detailed reports on pipeline, deal status, and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, and Excel is a strong advantage
  • Experience managing renewals is a plus
