Requirements
- Youβre thorough and focused, ensuring that every detail is accurate and compliant

- Youβre a team player who communicates effectively and works well with others
- You have at least 2 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, contract management, or related experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee the renewal and expansion process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective collaboration across sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams
- Manage deal desk operations and activities for our global teams, including looking for ways to enhance and streamline deal desk processes and tools to support growth and scalability
- Maintain accurate subscription and contractual data in Salesforce, ensuring all information is up-to-date and reliable
- Work closely with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to process deals, align with pricing policies, and follow approval workflows
- Assist in analyzing deal structures and terms to ensure they meet company goals and customer needs, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize deal outcomes
- Ensure all deal documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare detailed reports on pipeline, deal status, and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, and Excel is a strong advantage
- Experience managing renewals is a plus

- Base compensation for this role is $105,000- 120, 000 based on level of experience
