Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or CRM management
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), reporting platforms, and Excel
  • A detail-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and a solution-focused mindset

Responsibilities

  • Validate deals in the CRM to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Generate and analyze reports on deal metrics and approval workflows
  • Partner with sales teams to resolve data issues and enhance deal accuracy
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline deal validation and reporting workflows
