Summary

MicroVentures is seeking a Deal Flow Associate to source deal flow for their private investment opportunities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business (preferred), a graduate degree as a plus, 1-3 years of experience in a demanding work environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a demanding work environment such as management consulting, investment bank, or venture capital

• Generating deal flow of investment opportunities
• Assisting in the venture capital investment process
• Traveling and attending industry conferences
• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with influential people in the startup world
