Summary

Join Braze's Global Partnerships organization as a Commercial Partnerships Associate, based in London, and play a key role in expanding the company's partner program across the EMEA North region. You will be responsible for developing and managing GTM plans with agency and technology partners, acquiring and onboarding new partners, and growing relationships with existing partners. This role requires close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and influence revenue. Success in this position will be measured by pipeline generation, executive relationship management, and the effectiveness of GTM strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in partnerships and the cloud industry, a proven track record of success in a SaaS environment, and strong executive presence. Requirements

  • 3+ years of partnerships channel and cloud industry experience preferably from a SAAS organisation
  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable sourced pipeline and influenced revenue results via a mature SaaS partner program playbook. A strong bias for execution and are motivated by exceeding targets and results
  • Deep and proven knowledge of the agency and or technology Partners and marketing services ecosystem
  • Understanding of service offering creation, marketing, lead generation, and professional services organization key performance indicators
  • Executive presence and an ability to present and vision sell to Executive audiences
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, take on complex strategic and operational initiatives and scale effectively across a large organization and distributed team
  • Strong drive and character qualities that match Braze's Core Values and inspire others to follow and act

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing comprehensive GTM plans with our partners, which manifest in quality net new business pipeline
  • Supporting the sales cycle alongside our sales teams, from prospecting to influencing deals closing, in collaboration with our partners
  • Advancing the differentiated value propositions and specialism with key strategic partners, articulating that story internally at Braze and externally through partners to ultimately evangelise the story in the market
  • Ensuring accountability and partnership reciprocity, with a measured flow of outsourced Braze implementation and managed services in exchange for net new client opportunities from our Agency Partners
  • Building on and promoting the intentions built with our Technology Partners, to support pipeline growth and customer retention
  • Reviewing sales play metrics and effectiveness regularly with partners and Braze leadership. Maintain dashboards that communicate to leadership the effectiveness of GTM sales plays with our partners
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other Braze departments and divisions, including Partner Success and the Global Strategic Partnerships (GSP), Partner Marketing, Sales, etc
  • Developing the program with senior leadership to enhance current ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, experience working for an agency consultancy and intimate knowledge of agency org structure, business dynamics, and effective business case development
