Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Google Workspace proficiency
• Strong work ethic and determination
• Proficient in email communication, managing customer inquiries, multitasking, internet navigation, and using phone and chat tools effectively

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option
• Address client concerns and overcome objections in a persuasive and professional manner to guide them toward an informed decision
• Handle inbound calls while also proactively reaching out to warm leads provided by the company
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits
• Outline debt settlement terms & conditions, including monthly payments and the timeline for resolution
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, as well as company policies related to debt settlement
• Keep up-to-date with changes in the debt settlement industry, including legal updates and market conditions, to provide informed advice to clients

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of call center experience preferred
• Previous experience in debt settlement is a plus
