  • In-depth knowledge of the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem
  • Good grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey
  • Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners
  • Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance
  • Be able to work across time zones with global partners
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum
  • Lead and conceptualize Web3 incentives growth campaigns
  • Understand partners' needs and craft solutions
  • Work closely with community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end-to-end campaigns
  • Work with Offchain Lab to inform the product roadmap
  • Maintain open communication with external stakeholders
