Marketing Assistant

You will be responsible for onboarding affiliates, managing agreements and tax forms, coordinating with the tech team, and managing content. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, 2+ years of marketing experience, and strong computer skills. Requirements

• Good command of the English language, if not native
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2 years previous experience as a Marketing Assistant
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Google Suite, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• High integrity and accountability are a MUST for this role
• Open communication at all times will help us move fast and prevent any issues from becoming bigger than they should be

Responsibilities

• Onboarding affiliates
• Day-to-day partner management
• Sending/organizing affiliate agreements and tax forms
• Outreach and tracking
• Submitting affiliate payments
• Coordinating with tech team for tracking setup, code, funnel creation, etc
• Managing content calendar for organic
• Acting as a general VA - admin duties, etc
