DeFi Liquidity Lead

Summary

Join our team as a dynamic DeFi Liquidity Lead and play a critical role in expanding liquidity on the Aptos blockchain. You will manage partnerships with onchain liquidity providers within the Aptos ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of digital asset markets, DeFi, and onchain liquidity. This position reports to the Aptos Foundation. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with liquidity providers, collaborating with DeFi protocols, and creating and implementing new DeFi growth strategies. The role demands a fast-paced, adaptable approach.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a professional digital asset trading, yield farming, liquidity provisioning, or similar role
• Deep expertise in DeFi primitives and onchain liquidity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical, relationship-management, and deal structuring skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with onchain liquidity providers in order to grow strategic liquidity in the Aptos DeFi ecosystem
• Work directly with the most prominent DeFi protocols on Aptos to help them develop relationships with liquidity providers and achieve their product roadmaps
• Ideate and execute on new DeFi growth strategies alongside the rest of the DeFi and Liquidity teams at Aptos
