Requirements

• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry
• 5 or more years of experience working with Degree Works, beyond an end user, demonstrating advanced proficiency
• Experience serving on implementation teams and supporting Degree Works while advising on degree audits, completion requirements, or curriculum management
• Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Degree Works system and provide training to employees and end users
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
• The ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch Degree Works implementation services, training, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients
• Analyze existing business practices and offer recommendations to leverage technology tools for improving processes, ensuring continuous improvement
• Thrive in an environment with varying challenges and user knowledge levels, showcasing your ability to adapt and excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in accurately transcribing and documenting academic information using Degree Works, demonstrating a keen ability to scribe and maintain precise records of students' academic progress
• Experience managing project based work
• Familiarity with a Student Information System (SIS) such as Banner is highly valued
• A basic understanding of Oracle database tables and SQL is advantageous
