Summary

Join Anaplan's fast-growing team as a Delivery Assurance Expert, focusing on Polaris, Anaplan Data Orchestration, and CIO Essentials. You will become a deep expert in these areas of the Anaplan platform, using your expertise to help customers solve business problems. This role involves working closely with the Product team to ensure customer needs are reflected in product requirements. You will evangelize Anaplan's platform through various channels, including the Anaplan Community and user conferences. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in corporate planning and management, exceptional communication skills, and strong program management abilities. This is a full-time position requiring multitasking, adaptability, and a passion for solving unique problems.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in the Corporate Planning and Management space, ideally 10+ years of relevant professional experience (a combination of professional services/consulting and corporate planning roles)
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to convey technical information to business audiences and business requirements to a technical audience
  • Executive presence – the ability to convey authority on appropriate subject matters
  • Ability to lead through influence (as opposed to direct management)
  • Strong program management and organizational skills
  • Extended experience with GTM and Product Launch processes
  • Self-motivated and deadline-driven with the ability to self-manage
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive Adoption of your Anaplan focus area by: Evangelizing for a product area or areas using multiple platforms: Anaplan Community (posts and responding to customers), Anapedia, White Papers published externally, User Conferences, etc
  • Working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Customer Success to drive adoption campaigns of new products
  • Collaborate with Product and UX leaders to ensure the voice of the customer is always considered in product/feature development
  • Support a data-driven culture in the R&D organization by utilizing analytics to identify and call attention to meaningful data trends

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing Anaplan with large enterprise customers
