Delivery Manager

Summary

Join Cytora, a high-growth InsurTech start-up, as a Customer Success Team member reporting to the Head of Delivery. You will leverage your stakeholder management and project management expertise to ensure successful initial deployments of our Risk Stream SaaS platform. Responsibilities include managing internal and external resources, optimizing team flow, and building agile capabilities. You will also focus on effective communication, planning, and addressing team dynamics. The ideal candidate possesses proven Agile project management experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of technology, particularly in AI/Data Science products. Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile project management, demonstrating successful implementation of methodologies

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team follows our internal delivery best practices
• Effectively communicates across technical and non-technical boundaries, building trust and authenticity
• Optimizes team flow, addresses issues, and builds agile capabilities within the team
• Leads continual planning processes, extending beyond product delivery to post-launch support and benefits realization
• Identifies and rectifies issues in team dynamics, engages in effective feedback, and connects day-to-day work with the product vision
• Understands and contributes to different phases of product delivery, working with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement
• Effectively manages a business analyst and a Customer Engineer
• Builds a close relationship to internal and external key stakeholders and ensures continuous engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to write and speak multiple languages
• Successful remote working experiences
• CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP
• Distributed teams, AI/Data Science products
• Familiarity with the insurance industry
