Join Vonage's Lean Agile Centre of Excellence as a dynamic Agile Delivery Manager to support the company's Agile transformation. You will lead and drive delivery excellence through Agile transformation, focusing on introducing a strong enable delivery flow and driving Agile culture within teams. This role involves training and mentoring teams on Agile values and principles, using data to monitor performance, fostering communication, identifying and addressing impediments, and supporting Release Train Engineers. The ideal candidate possesses a positive, pragmatic mindset with proven experience in Agile delivery, coaching, and facilitation. Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master
- Practical experience with SAFe
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira (essential)
- Familiarity with Confluence
- Proven coaching and facilitation skills, with examples of workshops, training sessions, or 1:1s youβve run
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and support teams to introduce and follow agile values, principles, and practices
- Use a data driven approach to help teams monitor their performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Encourage open communication and active participation within and between teams
- Identify and address impediments that could hinder the team's progress or productivity. Collaborate to find solutions and eliminate obstacles
- Foster effective communication between team members and stakeholders. Ensure information flows smoothly and that everyone is aligned with the teamβs goals and priorities
- Support the Release Train Engineers with planning for and running SAFe events such as PI planning
Preferred Qualifications
Due to the international nature of the team and the business, experience working in a multicultural setting would be beneficial
