Requirements

• An experienced project manager with … years of experience
• A savvy analyst, capable of analyzing ad performance and generating insights to drive improvements
• A digital advertising expert. Who has proven experience in digital ad campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Strong communicator and professional negotiator
• Fluent English speaker

Responsibilities

• Monitor ad campaign performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize results
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including media buying, data mining, and development, to devise strategies that drive sustainable ad performance
• Ensure all actions are aligned with campaign goals and objectives
• Work closely with various teams to create clear, concise tasks that address campaign needs
• Ensure that tasks are well-defined and actionable to enable efficient execution
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to support negotiations and advocate for necessary campaign adjustments
• Present strong, well-prepared arguments to drive success
• Draft understandable lists of actions we need from the client for better performance
• Provide structured feedback and actionable recommendations
