Requirements

• Proven experience in project delivery roles such as Iteration Manager, Project Manager, or Product Owner
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, or experience working in an AI R&D environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to facilitate collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
• A skilled stakeholder manager with experience working with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI Researchers to set project timelines and milestones, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team
• Act as the primary point of contact for progress updates, tracking, and issue resolution within AI research projects
• Facilitate planning and retrospective sessions to drive continuous improvement and optimise project workflows
• Design and implement reporting mechanisms to maintain transparency on project status, risks, and dependencies
• Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive view of AI initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline delivery workflows, reducing bottlenecks and enhancing productivity across projects
• Work closely with DevOps, Data, and Tooling teams to support process improvements, particularly in areas impacting AI research
• Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Product and Engineering to align research objectives with overall company goals
• Work alongside AI Researchers to establish clear documentation standards and practices that aid in knowledge sharing

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in reporting tools and analytics for progress tracking and issue management
• Experience optimising workflows and understanding research-based project requirements
• Highly adaptable and capable of quickly learning new tools and processes as needed
