This remote position requires 8+ years leading digital transformation projects and 5+ years in operations management. A proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives and strong leadership skills are essential. Requirements

  • 8+ years leading digital transformation projects for major brands
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, delivery management, or supply chain roles
  • Proven track record of delivering and managing large-scale, complex digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and KPI tracking
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive Operational Excellence: develop and implement processes and best practices and methodologies to optimize efficiency, scalability, and performance of delivery operations
  • Contribute to Growth: identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, streamline operations, and support business development initiatives
  • Lead Project Delivery Management: lead the end-to-end delivery of Adobe content supply chain solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Ensure Seamless Integration: collaborate with technical and product teams to integrate solutions into client workflows, addressing challenges proactively
  • Maintain Client Satisfaction: serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Team Leadership: manage and mentor delivery teams providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development to optimize performance and collaboration
  • Resource Allocation: oversee resource planning and allocation to balance workloads and meet project demands
  • Performance Metrics: define and track KPIs to measure delivery success (e.g., client satisfaction, project profitability, implementation timelines) and report progress to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in MarTech or content supply chain solutions
  • PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Adobe Workfront Certified Project Manager
