Remote Deputy Project Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or related field)
• Proven experience working in Saudi Arabia with an understanding of the local market and regulations
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles, including experience in consulting services
• Experience in sustainability projects is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of projects
• Lead specific project phases or workstreams
• Support the coordination of resources and manage day-to-day operations of the project team
• Assist in the preparation of project documents, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and work closely with teams in Saudi Arabia to ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards
• Perform risk management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting activities as issues arise during the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and assist in making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track
• Prepare regular reports for the Project Manager and senior management on project performance and status
