Design Lead

Summary

Join Spreetail as Design Lead and own the UX and visual direction of the Brand Experience (BEx) platform, a strategic vendor initiative transforming operational data into actionable insights. You will define the UX vision, design dashboards and workflows, build and maintain a design system in Figma, conduct user research, and partner with cross-functional teams. This is a high-visibility, remote leadership role with significant business impact, requiring 6–10 years of product or UX design experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role. You'll need fluency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems, along with strong communication skills. Requirements

• 6–10 years in product or UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex B2B platforms or data dashboards
• Fluency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor
• At least 4GB RAM
• Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
• You are required to provide your own dual monitors
• A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable, or fiber wired internet service with a 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
• PC Headset
• A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution

Responsibilities

• Define and lead UX vision for the BEx portal, with a focus on usability, clarity, and engagement
• Design dashboards, workflows, and visualizations that make complex data actionable
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and iterate quickly
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics for seamless delivery from wireframe to release
• Drive a user-first design culture and advocate for vendor-centric thinking across the team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with analytics tools, enterprise platforms, or AI-integrated products

Benefits

• $40,000 - $70,000 a year
