Requirements
- 5-7 years in a Design Organization
- Organized, with project management skills
- Understanding of the Design and Research Processes for Digital Products
- Good Communicator
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth execution of UX team workflows by managing schedules, removing roadblocks, and coordinating resources to meet team needs
- Act as a liaison between UX team, development, product management, and other cross-functional teams
- Facilitate collaboration and handoffs between stakeholders
- Communicate with partners about scope, prioritization, roadblocks, questions, and delays
- Organize and facilitate retrospectives, design reviews, insights reviews, and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Insights team to schedule and support user testing sessions for both actual users of the product and external testers
- Track UX team timelines and scopes to ensure projects stay on track
- Provide cross-team visibility into projects and workflows
- Own and communicate status updates for UX initiatives
- Document and help improve UX team activities and processes
- Identify and eliminate workflow bottlenecks and barriers
- Manage UX tools, ensuring teams have the resources they need to succeed
- Promote consistency and quality across all design and research outputs
- Help triage and manage UX feedback
- Advocate for UX best practices across the organization
- Advocate and help expand Luminβs Accessibility Program
- Work with DesignOps Manager to define, manage, and track UX metrics to measure UX value and team improvement over time

Benefits
- $90,000 - $130,000 a year
- Minimal, generally 12 days or less per year, ~2X team get togethers a year
