Requirements
- 5β10 years in a lead or senior engineering role
- 5β6 years of experience with .NET
- 4β5 years of experience with AWS
- 2β3 years of experience with React
- Strong experience with SQL Server
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop engineering teams
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth and performance
- Collaborate with the product owner to manage and deliver on the product roadmap
- Guide architectural decisions for a new application
- Maintain and improve legacy PHP applications
- Write and review code (primarily .NET and React)
- Implement best practices in CI/CD and cloud-based development
- Ensure high quality, scalable, and maintainable software delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PHP
- Mobile development experience (iOS/Android)
- Experience in the payments industry
- Familiarity with React Native
- Prior B2B SaaS experience supporting large customer bases
- Interest or experience in rock climbing or the gym industry
