Summary

The job is for a Devops Engineer at Yubo, a social discovery app for Gen Z. The role involves handling incidents, collaborating with teams, proposing solutions, managing projects, and ensuring production safety. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience, strong knowledge in specific technologies, and good soft skills.

Requirements

• 4 - 5 years of experience
• Experience with an outsourcer (ovh, claranet, orange...) or with a start-up or a large company
• Engineer Or Master
• Strong knowledge on docker/containers & kubernetes
• Strong knowledge on monitoring tools such as: grafana, loki, datadog, prometheus
• Linux Kernel
• Good knowledge on software configuration management tool such as: Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef
• Knowledge on network infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Work on both build and production incidents
• Propose solutions with a product approach to the business (consider different use cases)
• Work in collaboration with data engineers / BackEnd / DevOps
• Be the bridge between Infra and Backend team
• Design and implement solutions adapted to a high volume of requests/second and users
• Analyze a situation, make proposals, respond proactively to a given problem => be an owner of your subjects
• Feel responsible for production
• Manage projects until the end user is satisfied

Preferred Qualifications

• Kafka / MongoDB / Redis
• Experience with a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, ...)
• ArgoCd, Argo WorkFlow, Helm, YTT
