Summary

Join Printec Romania, a multinational company with over 30 years of experience in electronic financial services, and become part of the XPOS Product Development team. You will participate in the analysis, design, development, and support of Android POS applications. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, integrating Gradle build scripts, managing Azure repositories, and collaborating with engineers and QAs. Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repositories, and artifact management
  • Experience in CI/CD automation infrastructure with a focus on Android application development
  • Understanding of Gradle, including writing and optimizing build scripts for Android projects
  • Familiar with scripting language like Bash, PowerShell, or Python
  • Git and version control experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate the build, test, and deployment lifecycle for Kotlin-based Android libraries and applications
  • Integrate and optimize Gradle build scripts within Azure Pipelines to streamline the Android build process
  • Coordinate Azure repositories, branching strategies, and pull request workflows
  • Manage artifact storage and distribution using Azure Artifacts or similar tools for versioning and sharing build outputs
  • Collaborate with Android Engineers and QAs to support the integration of new modules, optimize build times, and maintain build consistency across devices and teams
  • Integrate automated testing workflows (e.g., unit, integration tests) into the CI process
  • Monitor pipeline performance and system usage
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation practices, tools, and infrastructure to support evolving project needs
  • Document CI/CD process to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding
