DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join Improvado, a rapidly scaling AI-powered marketing platform, as we seek a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure. This role involves administering AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and various data storage and message broker systems. You will be responsible for creating and supporting K8S Helm charts, tuning our monitoring system, and ensuring the performance and replication of our data storage. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of Linux, and proficiency in scripting. Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SysOps/DevOps role
• Deep understanding of Linux
• Experience writing scripts in bash/python
• Experience in managing and configuring Docker, Kubernetes containerization tools
• Sense of responsibility for their work, attention to detail, and the ability to see the essence of the problem

Responsibilities

• Administration of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS)
• Creating and supporting K8S Helm charts
• Administration of CI/CD tools (GitHub CI) as well as multiple environments for development and testing
• Tuning and support for a centralized monitoring/alerting system (Prometheus/Mimir, Cloudwatch, Grafana, Opsgenie)
• Administration and data storage (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis), performance and replication
• Administration of message broker systems (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Temporal)
• On-call duty

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon cloud services
• Golang, Python development experience
• Understanding of the principles of operation, experience in deploying and configuring HashiStack (Terraform, Vault, Packer)
• Clickhouse administration experience
