Summary

You will work closely with clients and internal teams, delivering tailored solutions and working on mission-critical projects. This role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, improving build times and reliability, implementing testing workflows, supporting deployment processes, collaborating with engineering teams, automating infrastructure, troubleshooting pipelines and systems, participating in on-call rotations, and contributing to documentation. You will leverage your expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure engineering to solve complex problems and push the boundaries of DevOps. Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure engineering
  • Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Experience with testing frameworks and building test automation into CI pipelines
  • Scripting and automation experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating across teams and working in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools
  • Improve build times and reliability with smart caching, dependency management, and parallel execution
  • Implement and support testing workflows including unit, integration, and performance testing
  • Support packaging and deployment processes across multiple environments (e.g., dev, staging, prod)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline delivery and reduce cycle times
  • Contribute to the automation of infrastructure using tools like Terraform
  • Troubleshoot and monitor build pipelines, deployments, and system performance
  • Participate in on-call rotations and help improve observability and alerting systems
  • Share knowledge and contribute to documentation and best practices
