Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure engineering
- Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus)
- Experience with testing frameworks and building test automation into CI pipelines
- Scripting and automation experience in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating across teams and working in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools
- Improve build times and reliability with smart caching, dependency management, and parallel execution
- Implement and support testing workflows including unit, integration, and performance testing
- Support packaging and deployment processes across multiple environments (e.g., dev, staging, prod)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline delivery and reduce cycle times
- Contribute to the automation of infrastructure using tools like Terraform
- Troubleshoot and monitor build pipelines, deployments, and system performance
- Participate in on-call rotations and help improve observability and alerting systems
- Share knowledge and contribute to documentation and best practices
