Requirements

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira/JSM) and best practices for internal support
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, reproducible guides, runbooks, and technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across various teams
  • Solid understanding of DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering practices and support
  • Familiarity with GitLab or other version control systems (VCS)
  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage platform-related requests and tickets (JSM), delivering effective solutions through automation, runbooks, documentation, or process improvements
  • Lead or contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, internal tools, and enhancements to the developer experience (e.g., Nix environments)
  • Support cross-functional projects such as platform upgrades, tooling migrations, and infrastructure improvements
  • Collaborate with developers and engineering teams to understand pain points and provide scalable, well-documented solutions
  • Actively engage in internal support channels—triaging requests, assisting users, and driving issues to resolution
  • Participate in team ceremonies, planning sessions, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in platform enablement or developer support roles
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, with experience in Shell scripting
  • Knowledge of developer onboarding processes and environment reproducibility
  • Familiarity with GitOps practices and pipeline-as-code frameworks
