Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Salesforce DevOps, release engineering, or deployment coordination
- Deep expertise with Salesforce unlocked packages, metadata management, and version control
- Proficient with Git, Copado (or other CI/CD tools), and deployment automation workflows
- Strong organizational and cross-team coordination skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and risk mitigation skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end release planning across all Kinship projects, managing environment readiness, versioning, and release dependencies
- Manage Copado (or similar tool) pipelines for automated deployments using unlocked packages
- Own scratch org strategy, sandbox refresh cycles, and staging/production deployment readiness
- Coordinate user access provisioning and environment syncing for internal and customer users
- Collaborate with QA and PMs to align code freezes, regression testing, and go-live timelines
- Enforce version tagging, rollback preparedness, and pre-release validation standards
- Maintain structured release documentation, permission audits, and deployment logs
- Serve as the cross-functional liaison between Dev, QA, and PM teams
- Support resolution of release-related issues, hotfix deployment, and post-deployment monitoring
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in public-sector Salesforce environments
