Summary

Join MEDFAR Clinical Solutions as a DevOps Specialist and play a key role in the R&D and Innovation department. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of DevOps practices, improving infrastructure and software. Responsibilities include automating processes, optimizing infrastructure, managing incidents, and ensuring data integrity. This hybrid/flexible role requires a university degree in a related field, 5+ years of DevOps experience, and in-depth knowledge of Azure, CI/CD, containerization, and relevant technologies. Requirements

  • University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in Devops, site reliability engineering, systems administration, or a related software engineering role
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its on-demand infrastructure capabilities
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform)
  • In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts, containerization and deployment orchestrations (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Mastery of network infrastructure management, DNS and VPN management
  • Advanced knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Service Bus, Kafka)
  • Advanced knowledge of logging and monitoring systems
  • Mastery of PowerShell and the .NET technology environment
  • Ability to communicate fluently in French and English
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in the design, implementation and evolution of the company's DevOps practices
  • Improve our infrastructure and software by collaborating extensively with the core architecture and product-aligned teams to identify and deliver improvements that enhance site availability through scalable, secure, cost-effective and resilient architectures
  • Participate in the design, deployment and optimization of development and production infrastructures
  • Participate in the automation of DevOps processes and application of cloud best practices
  • Participate in the implementation and evolution of our monitoring and alerting infrastructure
  • Become part of the โ€œbalanced on-callโ€ team in order to keep services available and reliable
  • Manage incidents and emergency response, track outages, ensure data integrity and participate in release management to promote safe, efficient and rapid deployments
