Summary

We are looking for a seasoned digital account manager with a growth mindset to join our Customer Success team in a remote-based position. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and consulting media strategies across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels using our proprietary Knorex XPO cross-channel platform. They will communicate with clients, serve as their point of contact, own strategic account planning, become an SME of XPO, provide media strategy consultation, and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of working experience in a client-facing account management role in digital marketing
  • Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs
  • Cross-channel knowledge or experience in paid social, search and programmatic media
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize projects while paying strict attention to detail
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies that drive results for clients, delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Independent, self-driven and has a growth mindset
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional (global) team environment while building rapport
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to ensure all needs are understood and addressed promptly based on our SLA
  • Serve as the point of contact and liaison for assigned clients, to foster strong relationships, understand their business objectives, and provide strategic guidance and support
  • Own the strategic account planning and organizing of a BoB to help further accelerate client growth. Responsible for client growth, retention, and encouraging new product adoption where suitable for client goals
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of XPO and guide our customers in using our product and services to tackle their challenges and opportunities of today’s media landscape (across search, social, and programmatic)
  • Provide media strategy consultation and technical support to clients to help achieve business/ brand/ agency goals
  • Work closely with clients and our Customer Success Team to ensure the pacing and delivery of each client’s monthly ad spend aligns with their projected and budgeted amount for the month
  • Collaborate with various internal teams on project planning, setting up and/or improving standard operating procedures/workflows
  • Plan to execute and work cross-functionally to support the onboarding of new clients

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or STEM related field is preferred
