Remote Digital Account Manager

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex marketing concepts to clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) a plus
• Proficiency in project management tools and digital marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
• Be the primary point of contact, understanding their business goals and challenges
• Collaborate with the client and internal teams to onboard new clients and develop data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
• Oversee assigned client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and to Wisevu's high standards
• Work closely with the internal team to manage and optimize ongoing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, website builds, content etc.)
• Regularly communicate campaign performance to clients through insightful reports and presentations, identifying trends and optimizing strategies
• Upselling existing clients, as well as being involved in acquiring new clients
• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend the most effective solutions for clients
