Requirements

  • Top tier MS Office skills, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • First-rate presentation skills
  • Power User understanding of various digital project types, including websites and mobile applications
  • Problem solving attitude, creativity and prioritisation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Greek
  • A university degree in Business, Management, Communication, Finance or relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients to understand and capture their requirements
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships, through regular communication
  • Provide after-sales support to retain clients
  • Be up to date with market, customer and consumer trends and monitor competition
  • Promote new products/services to existing clients
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with Customer Care team to resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Communicate to executive team overall health of assigned accounts and projects
  • Contact clients to understand and capture their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support pre-sales activities, including defining suggested solution and designing financial offer
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships, through regular communication
  • Provide after-sales support to retain clients
  • Be up to date with market, customer and consumer trends and monitor competition
  • Promote company's new digital products/services to existing clients
  • Collaborate with sales, trade marketing and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within own territory
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a software development company
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Ability to challenge, guide and influence decisions, multi-task and prioritize assignments
