Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including implementation, configuration, and reporting
  • 4+ years of experience in digital analytics overall, with a strong foundation in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and other platforms
  • Experience with Optimizely or other A/B testing and personalization platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for complex configurations
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Google Analytics 4 (GA4) subject matter expert, providing strategic recommendations and best practices
  • Synthesize data from GA4, Hyros, Mixpanel, and other analytics tools to provide a comprehensive, cross-platform view of performance
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of existing analytics implementations and recommend optimization strategies
  • Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate and reliable data tracking
  • Develop processes and workflows for consolidating insights from these platforms to inform strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design References (SDRs), Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and tracking specifications
  • Analyze digital performance, including user behaviors, conversion funnels, and customer journeys, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Design and deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and reports tailored to key stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on A/B testing and personalization initiatives by providing data-driven analysis of test results and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure seamless tracking and accurate measurement of experiments and personalization efforts
  • Support marketing in testing hypotheses and iterating on strategies based on data-driven outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Hyros, Mixpanel, or similar tools is a plus
  • Google Analytics certifications or other relevant certifications (preferred)
