Requirements

  • Be a mid-weight graphic designer or art director
  • Be proficient in Adobe and Figma

Responsibilities

  • Create bold, eye-catching graphics that bring the brand to life across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Design Lead to deliver on business goals, especially in social and content
  • Brainstorm fresh ideas and find creative ways to elevate campaigns and amplify the brand
  • Develop your presentation skills to deliver creative recommendations that resonate with the team and stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to the creative team's yearly plan and ask thoughtful questions during briefings
  • Seek to understand the marketing strategy, broader WGAC goals, and the creative team's roadmap
  • Ask insightful questions to ensure you fully understand the priorities of your day-to-day work
  • Consider how your creative work fits into the bigger picture
  • Actively support the team in addressing challenges and finding new solutions
  • Contribute proactive suggestions for team improvements, creative concepts, and inspiration
  • Jump into team brainstorms and collaborate cross-functionally
