Join Hitachi Digital and play a pivotal role in sculpting the landscape of AI-powered digital transformation within the automotive sector. As a Digital Client Partner, you will be responsible for driving the digital account growth carrying out the “One Hitachi” mission.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in successfully leading and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with leadership experience managing multiple teams including engineering/ IT resources​
  • Deep understanding of IT/OT convergence and its implications for the automotive industry
  • Proven experience in digital transformation consulting
  • Extensive experience with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, cloud computing, and big data analytics​
  • Proven track record of a strategic mindset to develop and execute an organization’s technology strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, and partnering with C-suite level stakeholders on multi-year product and marketing strategics ​
  • Exceptional understanding and insight of the automotive industry
  • Broad and deep network within the strategic account
  • Proven success in bringing together appropriate team members across an organization for pursuit of complex new opportunities​
  • People skills to drive internal collaboration in a global, complex organization​
  • Fluent German and English skills

Responsibilities

  • Own client’s business objectives to identify potential solution need(s) that can be supported by Hitachi Digital
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the various sales teams for cross-BU digital sales support requests: custom proposals preparation, RFP responses, and other sales artifacts creation​
  • Assemble a One Hitachi deal team across the relevant Digital BUs and GEM BUs for the GAM and facilitate regular touchpoints of the team on a cadence (e.g., weekly) that is required by the deal/ proposal​
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure that the deal team has the appropriate coverage and representation from various sales teams/ business units​
  • Drive client negotiations & strategic business development, along with establishing long-term business 
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs (e.g., time to response to queries/ requests, time to response to customer, etc.)​
  • Follow-up with client post-implementation to ensure satisfaction
