• Understanding of construction management practices

Responsibilities

• Help construction organizations successfully adopt Shape’s tools on site
• Form relationships with customers and understand their specific challenges
• Conduct training sessions and answer questions about the product
• Work with customers to identify ways they can get even more benefit from Shape
• Gather feedback from customers and help the product team use those insights to improve the product
• Create materials that both help clients train their teams and contribute to Shape’s customer-facing knowledge base
