Senior Implementation Engineer in Brazil

Summary

The job is for an Implementation Engineer at Clutch, a well-funded fintech startup that develops software to help credit unions function as fintech lenders. The role involves managing the implementation process for customers, driving design and configuration of the platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. Comfortable leading meetings with customers
• Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems
• Background in Computer Science or strong technical training
• 2+ years experience integrating with web APIs. Experience with modern web frameworks a plus (React, Node.js , etc)
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDK's, etc.)
• Self-starter with the ability to assess, troubleshoot and work autonomously to decompose and solve complex problems
• Ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple programming languages
• Knowledge of python, javascript, typescript, json, github and terminal
• Superior time management skills to manage multiple external customers simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead and architect technical vision for large enterprise customer’s implementation, testing and reporting, including collaboration with product and engineering for the implementation of beta products with customers
• Work with and directly support our customers to craft the best possible experiences for users in Clutch
• Implement and troubleshoot Clutch solutions in a wide array of configurations and Client environments
• Be an expert on Clutch’s platform capabilities and app design patterns
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and evolve products
• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projects
• Effectively communicate plans, progress and status to both internal and Customer stakeholders
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams within Clutch to run beta programs for new features, improve the platform, and grow our fintech community
