Summary

PaxeraHealth Corp. is hiring a TS and Implementation Engineer in Latin America to provide technical support for medical imaging software clients. The role involves resolving technical issues, assisting with implementations, developing integrations, and ensuring software quality. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in healthcare IT Technical Support, strong communication skills, a BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, computer science or related discipline, and proficiency in Spanish and English.

Requirements

• Ability to solve complex problems related to PACS software implementation, upgrades and compatibility/bug issues
• Ability to prioritize and delegate urgent quality tasks in order to meet business requirements and deadlines
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment to present strategic planning on time
• Strong relationship-development skills, which result in long-term, mutually beneficial vendor and client relationships
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a healthcare IT Technical Support role including the development, analysis, and implementation of PACS and medical IT software
• Strong and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to understand and express complex issues and solutions
• BA/BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, computer science or related discipline
• Good command of the Spanish and English language required (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers and distributors receive adequate level of support, to include technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone, remote and other electronic medium
• Assist with medical imaging software and hardware implementations for new customers
• Manage product setup as well as provide product presentations to customers and visitors
• Develops, refines, and tunes integrations between applications
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues
