Join our innovative client at the forefront of the design and construction industry as a Digital Growth Marketer. This execution-focused role involves driving digital marketing opportunities, utilizing Google Analytics, tracking Google Ads performance on HubSpot, and managing lead magnet forms and email automation through HubSpot.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a general understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (or similar CRM)
• Strategic Focus: Ability to develop and implement inbound marketing and paid advertising strategies to generate high-ticket sales leads
• Self-Sufficient: Comfortable working autonomously with minimal micromanagement and eager to take initiative
• Growth-Oriented: Strong desire to develop into a well-rounded marketer and grow into a leadership role
• Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Utilize Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website traffic
• Track Google Ads performance on HubSpot to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts through the CRM
• Work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of marketing tasks
• Handle basic social media tasks, posting authority-building content to enhance brand visibility (secondary focus)
• Set up lead magnet forms and manage email automation through HubSpot for lead nurturing and conversion
