Summary

Join our leadership team as a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Growth Marketing to drive growth strategy across B2C and B2B market segments, lead a team of growth marketers, and work closely with product, marketing, sales, and support teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading growth marketing and demand generation teams
  • Proven track record growing companies or products in the $20M - $100M range
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills
  • Expertise in building repeatable, scalable processes
  • Expertise with modern sales and marketing tech stacks
  • Ability to work cross-culturally and juggle multiple time zones: US, UK, and India

Responsibilities

  • Seeks to deeply understand our markets through data, analysis, and direct observation to formulate effective growth strategies
  • Inspires team with compelling strategies and motivates them to innovate, execute, and value success
  • Creates measurable goals and establishes strong procedures to monitor performance
  • Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gain alignment on strategy and execution
  • Puts the interests of customer and company above team and self
  • Works closely with field sales stakeholders to support field sales objectives
  • Works closely with product stakeholders to support digital sales objectives
  • Creates customer journey maps for both B2C, B2B
  • Establishes funnel metrics for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU across both B2C and B2B
  • Creates effective content and campaigns for SEM, SEO, display, Social Media, Website, email, events, etc
  • Analyzes data daily to determine investment decisions (channels, campaigns, and programs), manage budgets, extract key insights, and recommend actions
  • Establishes a robust and agile experimentation culture using techniques like growth hacking, continuous A/B testing, and rapid iteration
  • Owns and grows digital sales revenue through our self-service subscription products offered to both B2C and B2B customers
  • Works collaboratively to ensure digital sales synergy with field sales
  • Aligns pricing and packaging strategies to market needs
  • Works with product teams to support PLG lead sales motion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in developer tools or the tech industry
  • Working knowledge of human resources, talent acquisition, or learning & development
