Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications in digital marketing, marketing automation, or sales enablement are a plus
  • Proven experience in B2B growth marketing, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with sales strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Experience working in a Forrester (SiriusDecisions) campaign-centric marketing model is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing marketing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and maintaining strong brand identity and reputation
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, sets pipeline goals and establishes clear OKRs to reach objectives
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative culture with sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with the GTM organization to develop and execute a campaign hierarchy that aligns with and supports sales plays
  • Foster a data-driven culture and utilize analytics to inform decision-making, measuring the impact of marketing efforts on sales pipeline and revenue
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization, ensuring alignment with our campaign hierarchy
  • Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns that contribute to the agreed marketing attribution goals and measure their impact on revenue
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts based on GTM feedback and performance data
  • Plan and execute global events, conferences, and webinars that align with our GTM strategies
  • Manage event budgets and logistics, ensuring a market leadership and memorable experience for attendees. Measure event effectiveness and generate post-event reports to inform future marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that supports our campaign hierarchy and sales plays, addressing buyer pain points. Measure content performance and optimize content strategy based on GTM feedback and analytics
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns that align with sales plays and address specific buyer pain points. Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize campaigns based on GTM feedback and performance data
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, supporting sales efforts and building brand awareness
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a talented marketing team that is aligned with the company's strategic goals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that supports the company's overall growth strategy
  • Manage team performance and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and meeting marketing objectives
