Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing in a B2B/SaaS technology environment
• Proven expertise in conversion rate optimization, SEO, and running digital marketing experiments
• Prior experience with Product Led Growth or supporting a Freemium product is essential
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance
• A hacker’s mindset—you're resourceful, always looking for new, efficient ways to solve challenges and scale growth
• Bias for speed. You thrive in a fast-paced environment , can juggle competing priorities and are able to set and maintain a high pace, inspiring your team to keep up
• Strong collaboration and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Drive product-led growth by expanding our freemium product user base and turning high-potential users into qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team
• Build and manage ‘always-on’ digital marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition for our freemium product and generate leads
• Continuously analyze website and campaign data to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO improvements
• Run marketing experiments to test new acquisition channels, optimize digital experiences and improve conversion rates
• Lead paid advertising efforts to maximize audience engagement and improve cost-per-acquisition efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams on automation, operations, and analytics projects to support growth initiatives
• Be the in-house technical growth expert on the team collaborating closely with colleagues in across the marketing, product and GTM teams
