Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving conversions and ROI
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic channels
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau and campaign management platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A growth mindset, adaptable to changing market conditions and emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize for conversions and lead quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth general managers, creative, content, and product marketing, to create compelling ads that align with Vantaβs overall brand and growth strategy
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness
