Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic channels
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau and campaign management platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A growth mindset, adaptable to changing market conditions and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize for conversions and lead quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth general managers, creative, content, and product marketing, to create compelling ads that align with Vanta’s overall brand and growth strategy
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to refine targeting, ad creatives, and bidding strategies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to continually improve campaign effectiveness
