Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field (internships and entry-level roles are welcome)
- Solid understanding of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with hands-on experience in PPC campaigns
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work well in a remote team

Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in building and scheduling content calendars
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on both organic and paid media
- Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign performance
- Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits using tools like Search Atlas's OTTO
- Monitor website performance and support ongoing SEO efforts
- Manage Google PPC campaigns and collaborate on optimizations to improve campaign performance
- Use Google Ads and related tools to drive paid media efforts and ensure the campaigns align with business objectives
- Create basic graphics for marketing materials (social posts, blogs, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
- Track and report on key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze data to measure campaign success and suggest actionable improvements
- Assist the team with day-to-day tasks and collaborate on projects
- Maintain strong communication with U.S.-based clients, ensuring regular updates on project progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Ads, or other SEO platforms is a plus
