Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or other digital ad platforms
- Strong writing and communication skills; able to draft professional emails and marketing copy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook/social media ads for property listings
- Manage and grow the brokerβs social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop engaging social media content and schedule posts
- Assist with email marketing, including drafting email content, newsletter copy, and maintaining mailing lists
- Collaborate on building or refreshing a basic website (e.g., via Squarespace or Kajabi) to showcase listings, testimonials, and brand
- Support creation of landing pages and run ads directing to them
- Track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
- Assist with prospecting preparation, such as drafting outreach emails and organizing contact lists
- Manage and update property listings and CRM tools
- Draft templated emails and upload to draft folders for review/sending
- Light data entry and online research
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Kajabi, or Squarespace is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate (especially commercial) is a plus but not required
