Requirements

  • Be a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, stays ahead of tasks, and continuously looks for areas to improve
  • Have proven experience as a Marketing Assistant including strategy, paid ads, and content creation
  • Possess strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and membership management software
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising platforms
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment
  • Be a creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Have a positive attitude with a passion for growing brands and driving digital success
  • Be proficient in using marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Squarespace Website platform, Kit [previously Convertkit], Thrivecart, Zapier, Google Workspace, OpusClip, Loom, Vimeo, YouTube)
  • Have basic video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans/strategies across various platforms (social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc) to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience
  • Monitor social media trends and engage with our online community
  • Create and manage marketing funnels to guide potential customers through the buying process
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers
  • Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements
  • Conduct thorough research on competitors' marketing strategies and activities
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement
  • Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various marketing channels
  • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
  • Provide suggestions for further optimization
  • Oversee and manage membership platforms, ensuring seamless customer experience and engagement
  • Respond to inquiries and assist in member retention efforts
  • Create engaging and informative course and membership content
  • Upload and manage content on relevant platforms
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Ensure videos are aligned with our brand and marketing goals
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and membership engagement, preparing reports for key stakeholders
  • Support the team in organizing tasks and managing workflows using Asana
