Summary

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in user acquisition and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, ideally in digital education or coaching
- Proven success in building and optimizing sales funnels for digital products
- Strong proficiency with marketing software, analytics tools, and tracking systems (e.g., Google Analytics, attribution platforms, automation tools)
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and overseeing marketing teams
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Science (preferred), Business, or Marketing
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Optimize and test sales funnels for organic and paid traffic
- Own the funnel-building process (strategy, execution, KPI monitoring, and team guidance)
- Write sales copy and create offers/sales pages
- Continuously A/B test and analyze performance
- Drive key marketing KPIs (ROI, CAC, LTV)
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, YouTube, Facebook)
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies
- Manage complex spreadsheets for data organization and analysis
- Conduct data analysis and financial planning
- Troubleshoot and optimize tracking/attribution
- Manage and refine marketing software tools
- Ensure smooth operations, maintain processes, and mentor junior team members
- Develop and implement marketing SOPs
- Lead projects and supervise team members
- Oversee KPIs and ensure goal alignment across teams
- Optimize our referral program
- Identify issues and propose solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap)
- A good understanding of direct response copywriting skills
- Familiarity with the sports industry and its audience
