Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment
• A proven track record of driving engagement, conversion, and revenue growth through email marketing campaigns
• Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Campaign Monitor (Bonus points for any spells you can cast with these platforms)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and report on email campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and humorous tone
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (without breaking a sweat)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that are so good they make our subscribers weak in their knees
• Build and manage our email list like a boss, ensuring it is segmented, targeted, and always up-to-date
• Craft content for email campaigns that are on-brand, witty, and speak directly to our audience
• Rule the email marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget
• Continuously analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue generated
• Use your email magic to optimize deliverability, engagement, and conversion campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies, and incorporate them into our campaigns
